At Riches & Play, most of our pieces are made to order — meaning each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. We appreciate your patience as we craft your order with care.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and go into production within a few business days after your order is placed.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 7–14 business days
- Extended (rare cases): Up to 30 days, depending on the fulfillment factory and shipping origin
International Shipping
Riches & Play offers international shipping on select products. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
